In my view, Spiritual protection is as important as any other safety measure. We constantly face energy disturbances in our day to day lives. Whether or not we pay attention, the fact is, energy disturbances affect us. We experience their impact as negative thoughts, mood swings, pressure on health, stressful dreams and lack of sleep. We just live through these, thinking – these are “Regular” things in the modern life. But, in my view, these things should not be taken lightly.
I often explain energy disturbances, and entities causing energy disturbances, through the example of Virus and bacteria. Virus and Bacteria live in our body all the time. A new infection spreads, a new set of these organisms enter our body. Our body’s immune system fights them constantly, prevents them from causing major harm. The Virus and Bacteria stay in control, but never really vanish from our body, right? They live within us, feeding on our life force like parasites. Till the time they don’t cause a major illness, we don’t even realize that these parasites are feeding on us. One fine day, because of some extra support they receive, they manage to overpower our immune system and make us ill. That is when we REGISTER their existence!
Just like we have a physical body, I believe we also have an Energy body – the structure from which we derive our “Praana” – Life force. And just like Virus and Bacteria feed on our Physical body, I believe there are a set of Negative entities who feed on our Energy body. These entities don’t have a physical body. They operate through a subtle body. I don’t want to spook you by calling them “Spirits” or “Ghosts”. Let’s just continue to call them “Negative entities” who are parasites like Virus and Bacteria – just that they are Energy parasites. The more depressed, weak, stressed or scared we feel emotionally, the easier it becomes for these parasites to dig deeper and feed on our energy. One day, if their strength increases beyond a point, our energy reserves take a major hit and harm starts happening to us at multiple levels. And we don’t even realize that these energy parasites have caused it from the “backend”.
